Adeste Fidelis
As you know, our traditional arrangement is nothing like the sheet music! You can use last year's recording (beginning at about 15:30) to practice your part for the concert. A couple of tips:
- Watch for releases on "Fidelis"
-Pronunciation is "Glawdia een egg shell sees"
-There is no tempo change at the "Glawdia" section. There is however, huge swells of dynamic contrast.
-Watch the conductor! It takes time for the sound to travel across the auditorium, so you might get behind the tempo if you only depend on your ear.
-"Deo" is in unison the first time, and repeated in harmony the final time
We can wait to see you!
